Out of eligible students 44% have received recognition by the NSF GRFP (5 awards, 2 honorable mentions out of 16), 55% have been recognized by departmental 4th Year Excellence Fellowships (6/11), 44% have been recognized by the UMN Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship reserved for the best PhD students across all disciplines at UMN (4/9). We also have CAS Future Leaders, ACS Pharma Innovators, Merck Next Gen Leaders, ACS DIC research award winners, FloHet and CRIC Poster Award winners, 3rd Year and PREDICT Symposium Talk Winners, GRS Chairs, and more.
